Industrial Oil Filtration Plant

Our filtration plants purify and upgrade transformer oil to comply with standard specifications. These plants can be designed as per customer specifications and are also available in varying capacities covering a whole range of applications in low, high and extra high voltage equipments. They perform the following functions:

Removal of suspended impurities such as dust, rust, scales, colloidal carbon oxidation sludge etc. up to < 1 micron.

Degassing and Dehydration of Transformer Oil with vacuum Circulation of heated Oil and Filling of treated oil in Transformer tank Prevention of acid formation by evaporation and adsorption method.
